 SCULPTURE EXPLORATION IN CLAY
Instructor: Eric Jorgenson

In this foundation-building camp, beginning sculptors learn 3-D principles and investigate the scientific properties of various clay materials to create unique sculptural works.

  • Water based clay for hand-forming or sculpting a fireable piece.
  • Oil based, non-drying clay used for urethane molds, to be cast in a resin based plaster.
  • Sculpey III polymer clay: learn to make distinctive patterns in a decorative cane.

User-friendly tools and clay materials will be provided by the instructor. Dress to get messy!
