I will guide you through the process of constructing your Oracle card deck in this workshop. It will be six hours so that there is plenty of room to contemplate and create your cards at your own pace. I will introduce mixed media techniques like printing backgrounds, collage, image transfer, and working with lots of different tools. I will provide lots of other artists’ decks, imagery, collage papers, stencils, unique tools for interesting effects, and I will do demonstrations of various ways for you to build layers and tips on composition, value differences, and color palettes to work with. Students are welcome to bring your own collection of collage papers, imagery, and tools to work with. There is an essential list of supplies to be provided by each student as well.
