Folk Tales & Fairy Tales at the Artist Playhouse

Inspired by folk tales and fairy tales, this performance arts workshop will focus and enrich a child's natural gift for creative and imaginative play using improvisation, storytelling and theater games. We will create an original performance, design and create our own simple costumes and set decorations. Then we will perform the final piece, and rather than memorize the final script, we will encourage the retelling of the story in their own words, so everyone can be comfortable and play together on stage!
