This 4 week class is for everyone who wants to take some personal time to relax, unwind and let go while painting and drawing with your favorite medium and subject. It’s a mix of art and mindfulness. Most of the time when we paint or draw we automatically withdraw from the world around us. We will be doing the same but with intention, which brings awareness and consciousness to our mind. The effect is an overall calm state which benefit your whole being.
As our purpose is to relax and connect with your art, you are free to work with the medium you love the most.
Please bring all the materials you need to work in your art project. Know in advance what is it you want to make. Some ideas are: acrylic painting, drawing with black pencils, drawing with color pencils, pastels, etc. I will bring a couple of coloring books where you can pick a page and color it if you wish!
Your favorite subject can go from your own imagination, abstract, copy from a picture, mandalas, coloring books, etc.
We will have relaxing music in the background but you are welcome to bring your own music and use earphones.
